Celebrating the best of What Detroit has to offer, Hour Magazine hosted their annual 'Best of Detroit'

The magazine refers to it as the biggest bash of the summer. The 14th annual party showcased more than 25 area restaurants and bars.

Each table was selected by Hour Magazine readers. The annual poll selects the best of restaurants, salons, specialty stores and lots more.

Guests not only enjoyed food but live musical performance by The Killer Flamingos.

The night is one to honor all the places in the area that make Detroit and the surrounding communities so great.

This was the very first time they hosted the party at The Filmore Detroit and it was the perfect fit for the event.

"It's a beautiful space and they just redid the space. It's got all the glitz and glamour to be in line for the party," said Lauren Mohon.

The "Best of Detroit" is hosted every year and keeps getting bigger.
