What’s the best way to enjoy a sunny autumn day? Go to a festival, and that’s exactly what the CW50 Street Team did when they went to the MSU Tollgate Farm Pumpkinfest.

Families enjoyed activities like face painting, a straw maze, pumpkin bowling, bounce houses, a petting zoo, educational exhibits and much more.

Pumpkinfest also gives families the opportunity to learn more about what the farm has to offer. Along with hosting events MSU Tollgate provides hand-on learning opportunities to adults and children about agriculture.

“Pumpkinfest is one of our biggest fundraisers for this year. We’re raising money for our educational activities that place here at the farm. Our focus is to educate people on agriculture, where their food is coming from.” Nicole Bianzy
