The CW50 Street Team Stomps with S.A.V.E. T.H.E.M.

The CW50 Street Team headed out to S.A.V.E. T.H.E.M.'s 4th annual show to help 'stomp out' diabetes! This show not only consisted of very unique and talented youth step skits, but it was also flooding with informational booths to help spread awareness of various health issues. Many people from the community of all ages came out to show support and to join in on the dancing.
Several free services were provided for attendees, including dental cleaning and STD/HIV testing. There was also a DJ, a photo booth, and a food stand to add to the fun.

Mr. Christopher Covington, one of the Co-Directors of S.A.V.E. T.H.E.M., expressed,"The event has always been a success every year we've done it. It has grown every year with more participants, more sponsors, more outreach, and more information."

This event was an exciting and creative way to get the youth involved and interested in making healthy choices and maintaining healthy lifestyles. We had a blast attending this year, and we can't wait to see how much this organization continues to expand in upcoming years.
