CW50 Street Team Spring Preview

Sick of being stuck inside because of the cold weather? Well the CW50 Street Team braved the chill to preview some of the local Detroit hot spots that will get you ready to gear up and go visit this spring!

Eastern Market was the first stop on our list. "I just love it here, you can buy anything here" says Lillian Meek, "I saw some knit scarfs, around here. It's everything. It's a great place. It's awesome."

Next we ventured to brush up on our arts and culture at the DIA where we found people of all ages embracing the arts. The DIA even had a hands on wood carving station that kids of all ages could partake in.

Then we hit the road again to end up at the beautiful Belle Isle that was packed with people enjoying the spring rays. Alice Scott was visiting the Belle Isle Conservatory with her family and told us she just loves coming almost every weekend with her family. "It's really beautiful I and I love that they have done so much renovation around the island."

Lastly, we ended our tour with a stroll down the Detroit Riverwalk. A great place to walk the dogs or stretch your own legs.
