Haynes enthusiastically posted the photo brought to light by Entertainment Weekly on Wednesday, building anticipation for "Arrow" season three returning Oct. 8 on The CW.
Haynes plays Arsenal's altar ego Roy Harper who was rescued by Oliver at the end of season two. Roy starts fighting crime in The Glades to the dismay of his girlfriend Thea Queen.
