The CW50 Street Team Survives the Rush of Survivor Hopefuls
The CW50 Street Team joins hundreds of Survivor fans for the casting call at the Novi Suburban Collection Showplace. Men and women of all ages came out to try their luck at getting on the show. Even some future auditioners came out. Kelsey Taylor, who's only 17-years-old, and not old enough to audition came out with her older sister and a group of friends 13-hours from Massachusetts. The crew made the drive after watching an episode of Survivor on tv. When Street Team member Jenn Buhaj asked Kelsey if she would audition next year Kelsey said, "absolutely... I'm going to submit my video as soon as I turn 18!"
The Street Team met many interesting people with great personalities. Dan McCann was one of them. Dan has been at every Detroit audition, but this time he changed his appearance in hopes of getting on the show. Growing out his beard and hair, Dan hopes the transition will get him noticed. Christy Edwards says she's auditioning because, "I'm ready to win a million dollars and I'm a fan of the show!"
The Street Team will be sure to watch this season of Survivor to see if anyone from this group of hopefuls has what it takes to outwit, outplay, and outlast the competition.
