New Gateways Bowling Fundraiser
Open the Gateway for those with developmental disabilities. You can help those individuals have the opportunity to live a self-directed, purposeful, and productive lifestyle by raising funds for New Gateways, the organization that's there for those adults with developmental disabilities.
New Gateways
Located in West Bloomfield, this organization's mission is to assist adults with developmental disabilities to feel safe, interdependent, and included in their community.
New Gateways allows its members to make positive choices throughout the day. Each member also has the opportunity to visit various places within the community on a frequent basis.
New Gateway offers Animal-Assisted Therapy for physical, social, cognitive, and emotional responses from the members, and allows prescribed occupational therapy to help the individuals and their families accomplish choices, needs, dreams, and wishes for each member.
Mostly, New Gateways has given adults with disabilities the opportunity to give back to the community, so why not give back to them?
