STATE CHAMPS! Lacrosse Showdown, SEC Soccer And Peanut Brittle

Host Lorne Plant and the STATE CHAMPS! team was back on the trail this week to track down best the Southeast Michigan high school Spring sports seasons are delivering.

This week, it was a showdown between two of the top boys lacrosse teams in the state as the upstart Clarkston Wolves hit the road to take on powerhouse Cranbrook in the oval.

Track and field was in league title mode as we feature the OAA Red division championship.  Two undefeated teams in the SEC met on the soccer pitch as Ann Arbor Skyline invaded the Hornets' nest in Saline, and the Plymouth softball team brought the big bats in their KLAA crossover matchup at South Lyon East.

Our Main Event this week is on the links in boys golf as a collection of some of the top teams in the state met on the course for bragging rights at the University of Michigan.
