Miley Cyrus Says Marrying Liam Hemsworth 'Just Seems Right'

On the cover of ELLE UK, Miley Cyrus shows off her punk rock style and reveals new details of her engagement.

Cyrus tells the mag in their June issue that getting engaged to Hunger Games actor Liam Hemsworth, even at her young age, was a no brainer.

"We have a house together and dogs," she said. "It just seems right to be wearing this ring and to be committed."

Though there is no word on when the interview happened, recently it’s been reported that the couple are taking a break. Even Cyrus’ dad, Billy Ray seemed confused about the status of his daughter’s upcoming nuptials, saying in an interview that Miley and her fiancé are “young, they’re kids,” before explaining “they’re great friends…And if they end up getting married, that’s their business too.”

But the decision to keep quiet about the status of her relationship may not mean they’re breaking up. It might just mean Miley is growing up.

She told the mag that her and Hemsworth “keep our relationship low-key and don't talk about it any more."

"We were too nice to the world and gave them too much insight -- into my life and my puppies and my house,” Cyrus said. “I just don't feel they get that privilege any more.”
