Kicking off Detroit Fashion Week at Blueprint!

Lights, camera, fashion......Detroit Fashion Week is here! I was there to kick it of at Blueprint, the official designer reception and preview party at the Emagine Theater in Royal Oak. 
The event began with a red carpet welcoming. Brian Heath and I answered a few questions and posed for some pics before heading to the party upstairs.  It was so much fun to watch everyone arriving...models, designers, photographers, performers, and fashion lovers alike! 

The night was filled with entertainment and previews of what's to come throughout Detroit Fashion week!  There were dancers, singers, rappers, other performers, and of course...models strutting their stuff on the runway. 

The fashion show was my favorite part of the evening, and I loved the looks that came down the catwalk!  Thanks to Brian Heath and Uneek Collections for putting on such a fab event!  I can't wait for the student showcase Friday!  Hope to see you there!!!
