May is Military Appreciation Month so this week on Street Beat, Community Correspondents Cindy Kainz and Austin Dobreff take a look at Michigan’s military connections, past and present.

Up first, Major General Kurt J. Stein, the commanding officer of TACOM LCMC, gives Cindy an overview of the military installation located in Warren.

Then Austin Dobreff talks to Evona Lapere and Joe Hudson from Military Moms United.

Next Community Correspondent Cindy Kainz talks to Keith King about issues facing veterans and the Vietnam Veterans of America.
