Tri County Market Place definitely has the odd and the unusual items treasure hunters love. One of a kind shoes, clothing, jewelry, collectables, video games, electronics and even an antique Model T can be found here. The market has events year round and provides free admission, parking and even free wi-fi. There is also a café on site, which features everything from Coney-style food to healthy choices and even some unique fare that you don't find elsewhere. With 65,000 square feet to cover, shopping at Tri County can definitely turn into an all day affair.

Weekend Pickers is a local treasure and possibly one of the best kept secrets in the downriver area of Metro Detroit. The market is smaller than some of the other vendors, with just more than 50. However, Weekend Pickers makes the most of the 25,000 square foot space with items like antiques, collectibles, vintage items, furniture, tools, arts and crafts, clothing, video games, baked goods, electronics, books, and the odd and unusual items. They are open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday all year long and parking is free.

Boasting a sizable collection of vintage pieces, antiques, books, new and used electronics, sports memorabilia and more, the Warren Community Flea Market is a great place to find treasures both new and old for budget-friendly prices. Open since the early 90s, the indoor/outdoor flea market spans 40,000 square feet and also includes a snack shop and eatery, billed Jordan's Grill, that serves up fare like fried foods and grilled cheese sandwiches. The free parking and admission means you'll have more to spare on the treasures you find, making the 20 minute drive from downtown well worth the trip.
