With fashion becoming a rising star in Detroit, there's plenty to learn about the growing industry. Acquire the knowledge and details behind the business of fashion from the experts at FashionSpeak 2017.
Created by Detroit Garment Group and presented by Taubman, FashionSpeak is a one-day fashion conference that will be held Thursday, October 12 at the One Woodward building in Detroit.
The annual conference will consist of five interactive workshops with speakers from within the fashion and business world. Among the list of speakers will be fashion expert and style correspondent, Stacy London, the co-host of TLC's What Not to Wear and host of Love Lust or Run.
The conference includes a continental breakfast and lunch with the purchase of a ticket. FashionSpeak is open to fashion and accessories designers, photographers, bloggers, wardrobe stylists, fashion retailers, students and more. Doors open at 9am and the event begins at 10am.
