Beckham Brings Her Fashion Point Of View In Her New Target Collection

Fashion designer and former Spice Girl, Victoria Beckham has already made her mark in the fashion world with her makeup, accessories, couture and ready-to-wear lines. Yet, she's creating a whole new level of excitement for fashion lovers with the launch of her new collection with Target.
Beckham 's collaboration with the major retailer exhibits her signature style and point of view. But she provides more accessibility than what has been seen from her before. The versatility and affordable price points makes this limited-time collection, especially different from her current lines: Victoria Beckham and Victoria, Victoria Beckham.
The Victoria Beckham for Target collection consists of more than 200 pieces for women, toddlers and babies. Designing clothing for children is a first for her. Beckham attributes her bond with her daughter as the driving force behind the collection.
"VVB [Victoria, Victoria Beckham] is the younger sister to my ready-to-wear collection. I started it in 2011 when I was pregnant with Harper… The inspiration behind this collection was fairy tale. This is celebrating my relationship with my daughter and I think it's great that other women can do exactly the same", she says.
The designer and mom, is making another first by creating women's wear that comes in sizes that goes up to 3X with this collection. If that's not enough, a fashionista can easily pick up an ensemble or more from the collection without breaking the bank. All clothing is priced under $100, ranging as low as $26 for women and $13 for children.
Attention to detail is key to every piece in the collection. The use of floral and playful prints (such as bumble bees) provides for very whimsical, spring looks. She also mixes bright and primary colors throughout.
The delicate touches of ruffles and scalloped-accents add femininity to the collection. Beckham has been seen wearing some pieces from the collection that include the black satin calla lily buttoned-up shirt with the matching pants.
Essentially, a fashionista can easily create a head to toe print look and pair many of the fun separates in the collection together for a spring look. Grab a bag from a local boutique like, Paulina BH and sandals from Pink Pump in Bloomfield Hills to complete the ensemble.
Victoria Beckham's new clothing line will be available for a limited-time in Target stores and on Target.com, beginning April 9.
