The CW50 Street Team is heating up winter at Rochester’s Fire and Ice Festival. Street Team members, Krystle and Nikko, had a blast checking out the event’s activities. The festival chilled things out with dog sledding, ice tubing, ice sculptures, and ice skating. Then heated things up with fire pits, music, face painting, and hot chocolate.
Alyssa Orlando says, “It’s a tradition for me.” There are families that are starting a new winter tradition, “…My baby is just too young but next year, it will more fun for him.”
This festival had no shortage of fun filled activities for the whole family to enjoy. Adults, kids, and teens lined up to enjoy cross country skiing, tubing, and ice skating.
The Rochester Fire and Ice festival was a big hit and the CW50 Street Team had loads of fun. Although, we wish we could have gone down the ice tubing hill.
