Then Audrey Williams-Burton, the Director of Metro Detroit Child and Family Services at Lutheran Social Services of Michigan, and the organization's Marketing Director Cheryl Kohs, discuss the need for foster parents and the training it takes to be one.

Next, April Williams, the TEAM Director of The Wayne Center, and foster parent Peggie Lucas, talk about what it's like to be a foster parent.

Finally, Sheila Mounts, the Safe Families For Children Coordinator for Bethany Services of Michigan, talks about this new program that is an alternative to foster care.
