First, K.P. Pelleran, the State Director for Fight Crime:  Invest in Kids, and Wayne County Sheriff Benny Napoleon discuss the Michigan Council for a Strong America initiative that shows the connection between early childhood education and a drop in crime.

Then Tim Richey, CEO of Detroit: PAL, and Detroit Police Department Officer Marcus Norwood explain how Detroit: PAL keeps kids off the streets and out of trouble.

Next, Willie Burton who runs the Project Safe Campus Program and Anthony Jones who runs the prison program talk about the work Crime Stoppers of Michigan does to prevent crime.
