'Michigan Kingpins' Bowling Show Comes To CW50

Did you know that Detroit has the largest number of registered bowlers in the United States? Some would say that makes it the bowling capital of the world. Now there's a one-of-a-kind show dedicated to all things bowling and it can be seen on CW50.

"Michigan Kingpins" is a monthly program brought to you by the Metro Detroit United States Bowling Congress (MDUSBC). It's the only TV show covering the entire bowling community including youth, high school, college, PBA events and local adult tournaments.

Starting this Saturday February 22nd at 9 a.m, "Michigan Kingpins" will be broadcast on CW50. "This new broadcast partnership allows us to reach all of Southeastern Michigan," said Kingpins host and MDUSBC Association Manager Mark Martin. "Now we can reach more of our members and bowling fans while offering advertisers a larger viewing audience," he added.

The episode this Saturday will be covering recent high school, college and PBA tournaments in Metro Detroit and provide equipment tips from the Kingpins Pro Shop. The next "Michigan Kingpins" episode can be seen on CW50 on March 15 at 9 a.m. covering the High School State Finals, the MDUSBC Women's and Open Championship and much more.
