Men’s Fitness created a full-body functional workout to be like Stephen Amell’s character on ARROW.
According to the magazine “Each training day is made up of combinations of exercises that emphasize motor control, functional strength, and power. So, study up on the Arrow’s workout and you’ll be defending the honor of your municipality in no time.”
