The CW50 Street Team headed up to Harrison Township for The Clinton River Days event at MacRay Harbor. The River Days event had a little bit of everything. The event consisted of a magic show for entertainment, jumping bouncers and painting for the kids, and grilled mouthwatering burgers and hot dogs to enjoy. The event is a way to celebrate all that the Clinton River, its watershed and Lake St. Clair has to offer, and The Street Team saw why.
The Street Team strolled around and witnessed how much fun the kids, parents and friends were having at the event. The CW50 Street Team got the inside scoop on the Clinton River Days celebration. Steve Remias, President of MacRay Harbor, spoke with Street Team Member Krystle Anderson about the event’s purpose. “We started it as an awareness to invite the public,” said Steve. “It is an awareness for not only for the people who boat here at MacRay, but for the public in general.” The event was created to encourage people to come out and experience what Clinton River, its watershed and Lake St. Clair has to offer to the public.
