Jason Derulo's 'The Other Side' Tops Radio Adds, Gets Steamy Video

It's been a while since we last heard from Jason Derulo, but 2013 is shaping up to be the singer's comeback year. His new single "The Other Side" dropped April 16 and has already become the year's most-added record to Top 40 radio.

Co-produced by Ammo and Martin Johnson, "The Other Side" became the No. 1 added record on the Top 40 radio charts this year, with over 120 adds at stations across the country. According to radio industry website All Access, this week alone the track has received over 587 spins on Top 40/Mainstream radio stations. The song falls just short of Lady Gaga's previous all-time record of adds by 25 stations.

Yesterday, Derulo released the music video for the track, also the lead single off his upcoming album. Bringing the song to life, Derulo shows the transition between friends and lovers.

"All it takes is that one look, that one kiss, that one drink to change everything," Derulo says at the start of the track before whispering, "You sure you want to do this?"
