New CW50 Street Team Debuts At Opening Day Block Party

Sometimes when you combine two things that aren't alike you end up with a beautiful partnership. Like peanut butter and jelly, CW50 and Tigers baseball are a match made in heaven. It's Detroit's annual spring ritual and the biggest party of the year. The time has finally come!

Look for the CW50 Street Team at 97.1 The Ticket's Opening Day Block Party Friday. They'll be taking in the scene -- shooting photos and video for their blog. Plus meet CBS 62's First Forecast Chief Meterologist Jim Madaus.

The Detroit Tigers take on the New York Yankees for their home opener at Comerica Park on Friday, April 5 at 1:05 p.m.
