Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco Shows Off In 'Self'

DETROIT (CW50) A familiar face to CW fans can be seen on the cover of January's Self Magazine, where she shows off her shape and discusses her "theories on life."

"Big Bang Theory's" Kaley Cuoco is profiled as a "healthy star."

The blonde beauty reveals she starts her days with oatmeal and vanilla almond milk and eats soup or salad for lunch and usually eats pork chops or turkey tacos for dinner. She says she stays active by riding horses, a passion since she was 15 years old.

Cuoco also discusses her "semi-normal" life, saying, "I look at Lindsay and Britney and think, Where are their normal friends and family? Why doesn't someone say to them, 'If we go out, wear underwear'?"
