Up first, Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel and Gerry Santoro, Program Manager for Land & Water Resources, discuss plans for the Macomb Blue Economy, an initiative that will build on existing, potential, and larger scaled water-related projects and programming.

Then Rev Faith Fowler of Cass Community Social Services talks about their green industries and other programs designed to help Detroiters find employment.
