First Stephanie McClung talks with Jordan Field, Director of the Detroit Tigers Foundation, and Charles Small from Don Bosco Hall about the importance of sports in the lives of children and the upcoming Willie Horton’s Batting for Kids event.

Correspondent Ben Falik talks to Justin Jacobs from Come Play Detroit, a new organization using sports as a means of creating a more positive young adult community in Detroit.

Correspondent Stephanie McClung talks to Casey Smith, the founder of Cleat Repeat, a non-profit formed by a college student that provides donated sports equipment to underprivileged children.

Finally, Correspondent Timme Mackie talks to Richard Carson from the National Kidney Foundation about kidney disease and the upcoming Cool Blue Monday event.
