Michigan International Wine Expo

From reds to whites, there was no shortage of choices of wine at the Michigan International Wine Expo!
Bethany and I were blown away at how many vendors were at the Expo. Not only did they have every wine under the sun, but they had food from four outstanding restaurants in the Novi area. The perfect bite-size treats to snack on in between my different, amazing glasses of wine!

We did sample some outstanding wines, but we learned about wine as well! I sat in on a seminar teaching me about food & wine pairings! The class was very helpful to choose the perfect wine to pair with a meal! I am excited to use my new skills on my next dinner date!
