Street Beat will not be seen this week.  In its place CW50 will air an episode of American Black Journal.

This week on American Black Journal, Stephen Henderson of the Detroit Free Press talks to the President and President Pro Tem of Detroit city council, Charles Pugh and Gary Brown. 

Henderson also discusses education reform with Executive Director of the Detroit Parent Network, Sharlonda Buckman, and a member of the State Board of Education and Program Director at the Kellogg Foundation, Dan Varner.
